Today, one of the top rating TV programs in the Philippines, Wowowee, is suppose to perform a show in one of the tourist locations and a part of the so-called Paradise Philippines in the capital town of Pangasinan – Lingayen.  It was postponed due to weather conditions. He was denied, which he knew spelt disaster for his people.
